All sales of books and merchandise through Untamed Ember are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, fit, or change of mind. Why? Because our work is about radical reclamation—not performance, perfection, or bending over backward for an algorithm.

Defective or Damaged Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at hello@untamedember.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right—because nobody deserves disappointment with their rebellion.

Digital Products:
There are no refunds or exchanges on digital content, downloads, or memberships. Once it’s in your hands (or inbox), it’s yours for good.
